In this exclusive activity, we invite you to discover the intensity and authenticity of Cartagena's cuisine through 10 artisanal hot sauces, carefully crafted with a blend of chilli peppers, fruits, and traditional regional recipes. From the mild and subtle to the bold and intense, each sauce increases in intensity, creating an opportunity to test your limits and embrace the challenge.

Inspired by the essence of an authentic Cartagena street corner and the warmth of a fried food table, it will transport you to the vibrant streets of the walled city, while enjoying some mini empanadas with costeñitas and agua de panela.

Costeñita, which is a lager beer from Bavaria Brewery, with an alcohol content of 4.0%. It comes in a 175ml presentation. Being small, it's always cold.
Mini corn empanadas filled with meat will be served alongside 10 hot sauces of varying levels of spiciness, made with local fruits and Cartagena recipes. And Carimañolas, Made with yuca and cheese.
Agua de panela, lemon-infused panela water, a refreshing and common beverage.
